Privacy policy

Tada GO! is a family app: parents set tasks and rewards, and children tick off tasks on their own device. This policy explains what the app keeps, why, who can see it and how to delete it. Tada GO! is made by Fares El-Masri (“we”). Questions: [email protected].
The short version
- Children never create an account. We never ask for a child's email, phone number, password or location.
- No ads, no tracking, no analytics, and we never sell data.
- A family's data is only visible to that family.
- Proof photos and videos are deleted automatically, 30 days after a parent checks them by default.
- Parents can download or delete everything from the app at any time.
What we keep, and why

The camera is only used on a child's device after a parent turns it on for that child. The microphone is only used on parents' screens, to record voice notes. Photos are only taken from the camera or chosen by a parent.
Tasks from a photo: when a parent photographs a to-do list or schedule, the photo is sent to Anthropic's Claude only to read the tasks on it. It is not stored by us, and Anthropic does not use it to train its models. Only the tasks the parent approves are saved. The app asks the parent before the first photo is sent, and a parent can turn this off again in Settings, Your data.
Who can see it
- Your family only. The database locks every record to its family. Parents see their family's data. A child's device sees that child's tasks, points and rewards, and their brothers' and sisters' progress, never their rewards or tasks.
- Files are private. Photos, videos and voice notes are stored per family, and links to them expire after an hour.
- Nobody else. We don't share, sell or rent data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it is stored, and who helps us run the app
- Supabase stores the data, files and sign-ins, in its data centre in Mumbai, India.
- Resend sends the sign-in code emails.
- Anthropic (Claude) reads photos of to-do lists that a parent chooses to scan. The photo is not kept.
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple and delivers notifications.
They only process data to provide these services to us.
Your choices and rights
- Download a copy: Settings → Your data → Download a copy.
- Delete: Settings → Your data → Delete. For the parent who made the family, this deletes the whole family, its files and the children's device links. For another parent, it deletes their own account.
- Notifications can be turned off at any time in the device's Settings app.
- You can also email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your data. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Tada GO! is used by children with their parents. A parent sets up the family and decides which children join and on which devices. Settings, permissions and anything outside a child's home screen sit behind a parents-only PIN, set by a parent, on the child's device. There are no links out of the app, purchases, ads, chat or leaderboards on a child's screens.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. For a significant change, we will also email the parents who made each family before it takes effect.

باختصار
- لا ينشئ الأطفال أي حساب، ولا نطلب أبدًا بريد الطفل أو رقم هاتفه أو كلمة مرور أو موقعه.
- لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع ولا تحليلات، ولا نبيع البيانات أبدًا.
- بيانات كل عائلة لا تراها إلا تلك العائلة.
- تُحذف صور الإثبات ومقاطعه تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا من تحقق الوالدين منها افتراضيًا.
- يمكن للوالدين تنزيل كل البيانات أو حذفها من التطبيق في أي وقت.

لا تُستخدم الكاميرا على جهاز الطفل إلا بعد أن يفعّلها أحد الوالدين لذلك الطفل، ولا يُستخدم الميكروفون إلا في شاشات الوالدين لتسجيل الملاحظات الصوتية.
مهام من صورة: عندما يصوّر أحد الوالدين قائمة مهام أو جدولًا، تُرسل الصورة إلى Claude من Anthropic فقط لقراءة المهام فيها. لا نحتفظ بها، ولا تستخدمها Anthropic لتدريب نماذجها. ولا يُحفظ إلا ما يوافق عليه الوالدان من مهام. يسأل التطبيق الوالدين قبل إرسال أول صورة، ويمكن إيقاف ذلك من الإعدادات، بياناتك.
من يمكنه رؤيتها
- عائلتك فقط. تقفل قاعدة البيانات كل سجل على عائلته. يرى الوالدان بيانات عائلتهما، ويرى جهاز الطفل مهامه ونقاطه ومكافآته وتقدّم إخوته، دون مكافآتهم أو مهامهم.
- الملفات خاصة. تُخزّن الصور والمقاطع والملاحظات الصوتية لكل عائلة على حدة، وتنتهي صلاحية روابطها بعد ساعة.
- لا أحد غيرها. لا نشارك البيانات ولا نبيعها ولا نؤجرها، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
أين تُخزّن ومن يساعدنا في تشغيل التطبيق
- Supabase تخزّن البيانات والملفات وتسجيلات الدخول في مركز بياناتها في مومباي بالهند.
- Resend ترسل رسائل رموز الدخول.
- Anthropic (Claude) تقرأ صور قوائم المهام التي يختار الوالدان مسحها، دون الاحتفاظ بالصورة.
- Apple توفّر تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple وتوصيل الإشعارات.
تعالج هذه الجهات البيانات فقط لتقديم خدماتها لنا.
خياراتك وحقوقك
- تنزيل نسخة: الإعدادات ← بياناتك ← تنزيل نسخة.
- الحذف: الإعدادات ← بياناتك ← احذف. لمنشئ العائلة يحذف العائلة كلها وملفاتها وروابط أجهزة الأطفال، ولغيره يحذف حسابه فقط.
- الإشعارات يمكن إيقافها في أي وقت من تطبيق الإعدادات في الجهاز.
- ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلة [email protected] للاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، ونرد خلال 30 يومًا.
الأطفال
يستخدم الأطفال Tada GO! مع والديهم. يُنشئ أحد الوالدين العائلة ويقرّر من ينضم من الأطفال وعلى أي أجهزة. والإعدادات والأذونات وكل ما هو خارج الشاشة الرئيسية للطفل محمية برمز يضعه الوالدان على جهاز الطفل. ولا توجد على شاشات الطفل روابط خارج التطبيق أو مشتريات أو إعلانات أو دردشة أو ترتيب.
التغييرات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة والتاريخ أعلاه. وعند أي تغيير مهم سنراسل منشئي العائلات بالبريد الإلكتروني قبل سريانه.
